PLEASE BE ADVISED!
We tested Leads 360 and decided to use their product, which required a yearly contract. After 3 months we realized that a complete absence of customer support made the product useless to us. We asked to end our contract and they refused. We informed our rep that although we didn't use it, we would pay through our year contract. After the year ended, our credit card was charged for another months service. We called and asked them to reverse the charge. They said they needed a 30 day written notice FAXED to them. It seems our 9 month notice recorded in an e-mail did not suffice. We faxed the notice to cancel and confirmed receipt. The next month we were charged again. We called and were told that the contract was renewed automatically FOR A FULL YEAR because they didn't receive a faxed cancellation before the renewal date. Needless to say they are feeling the mortgage crunch as we all have and they are probably grasping for every dollar as they sink into anonimity. I hope anyone who is considering using their services reads this and heeds the warning, you will be dealing with a company that has no problem resorting to a level of extortion. I would be embarrassed to be an employee, and that is probably why in 13 months we have had 4 different account reps and the newest one has not answered a call or an e-mail for 3 weeks. I hope the greed of their CEO ends him up in jail next to the Bear Stearns guys. You don't deserve to be profitable by stealing my $2400.00 a year.
